They contain a duo-density polyester pad to capture debris and granulated carbon for extended action! Filters must be changed every 2-4 weeks (or every other cleaning of the whole fountain), so a 3-pack should last 1.5 to 3 months. NEW SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE!
